Hi, I’m Peter! I’ve been photographing actor headshots for over a decade. Whether you’re doing headshots for the first time or are a seasoned vet looking to update your look, with my years of experience I’ll help direct to bring out the best in you. We’ll work together to capture the essence of your unique personality and casting potential.
I shoot a variety of styles and lighting tailored to your individual needs and goals as an actor. I take the time to understand your unique qualities, casting types, and career aspirations. I use both flattering studio lighting and natural/outdoor lighting to best present your physical features and reflect your personality and range as an actor.
I like to keeping things simple without busy backgrounds or wild lighting. You are the star of your headshots, not the backdrop, so we have the focus entirely on you.

I’m not your typical photographer as I’m also a working actor here in Toronto. This unique perspective allows me to establish an instant rapport with my clients, putting you at ease in a comfortable setting and allowing your best self to shine through. I also love chatting about the industry and am always happy to provide insight and advice to newer actors.

We shoot directly to an iPad so you can make real-time adjustments as we shoot. Sometimes it’s the hair, the expression, the angles or the lighting that we can tweak together. And you can scroll back and review images at any time.
And this is Jasper, my super friendly and helpful and sometimes not so helpful photo assistant. If you have allergies or any issues with dogs please let me know and he will work a shift elsewhere that day (he has many jobs). It’s no problem at all.
Having booked commercials himself, he may have some tips for you if ask nicely. He eagerly awaits your visit.
